We're hiring a 2nd line IT Technician to join a small, hands-on internal IT team inside a growing international business with offices across the UK, Europe and the US.

If you're a confident IT generalist who loves fault-finding and wants to do more than just close tickets β€” this could be the role for you!

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning 2nd line support across the business, working alongside the IT Lead and an apprentice
  • Troubleshooting complex Microsoft 365 issues β€” Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
  • Administering Intune for device management, policies and app deployment
  • Supporting WiFi and network connectivity across multiple sites
  • Helping maintain business-critical systems including NetSuite, Salesforce and Halo
  • Onboarding and offboarding users, including hardware setup and access management
  • Getting involved in projects, infrastructure improvements and new tooling
  • Travelling to UK and international offices periodically as the business grows

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience at 2nd line level in an internal IT or end-user support role
  • Strong fault-finding ability β€” methodical, curious, calm under pressure
  • Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune
  • Confident with WiFi and network troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce or Halo (essential)
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable in the office 5 days a week, with a willingness to travel occasionally

What's in it for you:

  • Real ownership β€” your work is visible and makes a direct difference to the business
  • Variety β€” no two days the same, with exposure to international IT operations
  • Travel opportunities β€” UK and overseas offices including Italy and the US
  • A team that invests in you β€” certifications, training and progression supported
  • A culture where IT is treated as a strategic enabler, not a cost centre
