We’re partnered with a leading venture capital and private equity firm to appoint an experienced IT & AV Specialist to join their London team. This is a hands-on, varied role responsible for supporting and maintaining a wide range of IT and AV systems across multiple international locations. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality technical support to senior stakeholders within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of all AV and IT systems across a network of global offices and residences, ensuring seamless performance and support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining Savant systems (essential).
  • Supporting and configuring Lutron Lighting.
  • Overseeing CCTV, intercom, and intruder alarm systems.
  • Providing break-fix support and day-to-day troubleshooting (approx. 80% of the role).
  • Administering Google Workspace and Zoom accounts.
  • Supporting Ubiquiti / Unify network infrastructure.
  • Delivering a responsive, high-quality service to senior stakeholders.

About You

You’re a technically capable, service-focused professional who thrives in a high-performance setting. You combine hands-on technical expertise with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

Essential skills:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Savant (certification preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Lutron Lighting systems.
  • Solid understanding of networking (Ubiquiti / Unify desirable).
  • Experience supporting AV and IT systems in either corporate or private environments.
  • Polished, professional, and confident dealing with senior leadership.

Package

£75,000 basic salary
10% annual bonus
10% pension contribution
Private healthcare (Vitality / Bupa)
Occasional international travel (fully expensed)
