You’ll be based in their Liverpool office, working alongside an experienced technical leader and mentoring a team of three Network Engineering Apprentices. This role will evolve quickly — starting with hands-on 1st and 2nd line support before transitioning into projects and pre-sales. Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line network support for enterprise customers.
- Mentor and support three Network Engineering Apprentices.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Support and assist in the delivery of Fortinet SD-WAN and Security solutions.
- Engage in project delivery and contribute to technical pre-sales activities.
- Work closely with senior engineers to develop network designs and solutions.
- Collaborate with the wider team to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
