This role will support the Cyber Security Team in delivering high-quality cyber and information security services to a range of clients. You will work across governance, vulnerability management, and incident response activities while helping organisations strengthen their cyber resilience and security posture. Responsibilities:
- Deliver information security services to clients.
- Conduct information and cyber security governance reviews, technical vulnerability audits, and compliance checks.
- Provide support for security platforms including Darktrace and Qualys.
- Produce audit reports and recommended remediation roadmaps.
- Communicate cyber security threats and risks clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong understanding of cyber security frameworks, emerging threats, industry best practice, and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and manage remediation service delivery plans.
- Work with clients to remediate identified security vulnerabilities.
- Support the development and implementation of cyber security governance strategies and documentation (e.g. information security policies).
- Assist with implementing technical cyber resilience solutions.
- Lead or support cyber-attack management processes as part of incident response and disaster recovery.
- Develop and deliver cyber security awareness training where required.
- Support internal cyber security resilience initiatives.
Skills/Must have:
- Knowledge of cyber security governance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, or Cyber Essentials).
- Experience or understanding of vulnerability management and security monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate cyber security risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good report writing and documentation skills.
- A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with emerging cyber threats and security practices.
