This is a pure wireless engineering role for someone who genuinely knows their way around enterprise-grade Aruba wireless environments and wants to operate at 3rd line without being dragged into out-of-hours chaos.

Responsibilities:
β’ Provide 3rd line support for complex Aruba wireless environments.
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve advanced wireless performance, roaming, and stability issues.
β’ Support and improve enterprise WLAN architectures across multiple sites.
β’ Work closely with network and security teams to ensure wireless aligns with wider infrastructure standards.
β’ Contribute to wireless design improvements, optimisations, and best practices.
β’ Assist with ClearPass-related troubleshooting and policy enforcement where required.
β’ Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
β’ Act as a technical escalation point for wireless-related incidents and problems.
Skills / Must Have:
β’ Strong, hands-on experience with Aruba Wireless in enterprise environments.
β’ Proven capability operating at 3rd line wireless support level.
β’ Solid understanding of WLAN design principles, RF fundamentals, and troubleshooting.
β’ Experience supporting secure wireless networks in regulated or sensitive environments.
β’ Eligible for SC Clearance (or already SC cleared).
Nice to Have:
β’ Aruba ClearPass experience.
β’ Aruba certifications (ACMP, ACSP, etc.).
β’ Experience working across multi-site or nationally distributed estates.
