Hamilton Architects is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Business Development & Bid Coordinator to join our growing London team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop a career within the architecture and construction industry, supporting business development and bid activities across a wide range of sectors.
The Role:
- Assisting with the coordination and preparation of bids, frameworks and tender submissions
- Supporting business development activities across the London and South East market
- Researching prospective clients, upcoming opportunities, frameworks and market intelligence
- Assisting Partners with client engagement, relationship management and follow-up activities
- Coordinating client meetings, networking events, industry conferences and business development initiatives
- Managing CRM systems, contact databases and opportunity tracking information
- Supporting the preparation of client presentations, pitch materials and business development collateral
- Assisting with marketing communications, social media content and practice profile raising activities
- Coordinating consultant information and submission documentation
- Assisting with reporting, pipeline management, business development trackers and key performance metrics
- Representing Hamilton Architects at industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities where appropriate
- Providing general support to the London studio and wider business development and bidding team
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Interested in architecture, design, construction or the built environment
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiar with Adobe InDesign or Canva (desirable but not essential)
- Previous experience in administration, marketing, bids or business development is desirable but not essential
