Hamilford Design is looking for an experienced Director of Operations to lead the day-to-day management of our fast-paced interior design studio in Notting Hill. This is a full-time, office-based role overseeing studio operations, project coordination, procurement, budgeting, team management and client delivery — ensuring projects run smoothly.
Working closely with senior designers, suppliers, contractors and leadership teams, the role is central to maintaining operational efficiency, supporting studio growth and delivering an exceptional client experience across both residential and hospitality projects.

- Opportunity to be part of exceptional residential projects across London and the Cotswolds, alongside hospitality projects in Notting Hill, Mayfair and Portland Place
- A collaborative studio culture with regular lunches, events, summer parties and Christmas celebrations
- Fully stocked kitchen, great local lunch spots and occasional Friday bubbles
- 4pm finishes on Fridays, workload permitting
- Candidates must already be based in London or within a practical daily commute to Notting Hill
