Hamilford Design are located in London's Notting Hill. We work with HNW and UHNW individuals, creating elegant, luxurious, warm residential interiors. Every room we design is unique. For our hospitality Clients we design gorgeous and memorable wow spaces. Our comprehensive range of interior design services take a project from inception through the design stages and FF&E procurement to completion, delivery and installation. We work on renovations, refurbishments and new builds supported by wider professional teams. Our projects range from listed residences in London to townhouses in New York, large country estates, lakeside properties and a few exciting commercial projects including an iconic London hotel.
Current Opportunities:
Full-time Mid-Weight Interior Designer (5 days a week in our Notting Hill studio)
We are seeking an intelligent, capable and driven Mid-Weight to work full-time in our Notting Hill studio. You must have 3 years experience of working on high-end residential projects in London. High quality technical drawing skills are also a must as well as knowledge of luxury high-end suppliers. You will work closely with your Senior, supporting them to deliver the highest quality of projects. You will engage in concept proposals, space planning, furniture selection, and FF&E. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with Clients, Architects, and contractors, designing interior spaces, selecting and purchasing FF&E, and communicating design concepts effectively. The role involves seeing projects through from concept to completion. With scope for career progression this is a fantastic opportunity for the right person. Vectorworks and Estimac experience highly desirable.
Full-Time Mid-Weight Interior Designer (5 month Fixed Term Contract Dec 2025 - Apr 2026)
We are seeking an experienced, proactive and independent Mid-Weight Designer to cover a period of unpaid leave for travelling. One of our long-term designers is off to travel South America which we fully support. You will have experience of working on high-end residential projects in London. You will be able to hit the ground running and spring into action across a number of projects, some at the detailed design and others at FF&E procurement stage. Vectorworks and Estimac experience highly desirable.
Part-Time Business Development Lead (1 year Fixed-Term contract 3 days a week from Jan 2026)
We are seeking a Business Development Lead with experience in the field of luxury design across London. You must possess excellent networking and client relationships skills and be able to maintain momentum whilst creating new opportunities and working towards targets. You will cover the Director of Business Development whilst she is on Maternity Leave. Working from our Notting Hill studio 3 days per week (with networking events and meetings across London and the Cotswolds) you will represent Hamilford Design to the very highest standards. You will manage our CRM software, keeping our database up to date as well as organising, attending and following up after events. You will also check-in regularly with industry professionals including Architects, Project Managers, Private Offices, Property Agents and Client Representatives chasing up leads and utilising your skills to bring in new projects, prepare Client proposals and get these over the line.
