We are a busy B2B chocolate manufacturer based in Skegness, looking to work with an experienced independent/freelance HR specialist to support our team on a flexible, regular basis. We are looking for one experienced person who can get to know our business, our managers and our team, and provide practical HR support as needed. The work will likely be on a regular weekly or monthly basis, with time flexing up or down depending on the needs of the business. The role will include a mix of remote working and some on-site support at our site in Skegness.

We are looking for someone confident working at a middle management level, supporting managers, improving people processes and helping us deal with HR matters professionally and consistently.

Location: Skegness, Lincolnshire. Flexible working, with some on-site support required. Regular weekly or monthly freelance support, with hours flexing to business needs.
