Für unseren Produktionsstandort in Gronau (Leine) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Schichtleiter Logistik (m/w/d).
Deine Aufgaben
- FĂĽhrung und Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeitenden im 2/3-Schicht-Betrieb
- Steuerung und Ăśberwachung der logistischen Prozesse innerhalb der Schicht
- Sicherstellung von Qualität in Kommissionierung, Wareneingang, Versand sowie Ein- und Auslagerung
- Umsetzung täglicher Routinen in SAP (Warenbewegungen, Buchungen etc.)
- Analyse und Pflege von Stammdaten zur Effizienzsteigerung der Prozesse
- Überwachung und Steuerung der Fördertechnik im Kommissionierbereich
- Sicherstellung sauberer SchichtĂĽbergaben
- Einhaltung von Arbeitsschutz- und Sicherheitsvorgaben
- UnterstĂĽtzung bei Inventuren sowie bei Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen
- Auswertung von Kennzahlen und Reporting
Stellenanforderungen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Logistik, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationsstärke und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
- SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Englischkenntnisse wĂĽnschenswert
- Teamorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2/3-Schicht-Betrieb
