Key activities for the role are:

  • Perform diagnostics, repair and maintenance of products in line with defined quality standards and processes.
  • Ensure smooth day‑to‑day service centre and warehouse operations.
  • Manage spare parts handling, stock control and logistics activities.
  • Support end customers and aftersales enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide operational and technical support to external service partners when required.
  • Maintain accurate repair documentation and operational reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement activities and implementation of global service processes and policies.

You should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Technical education or equivalent hands‑on experience in electronics repair or a related field.
  • Proven experience in diagnostics, repair or service operations.
  • Experience working in a service centre, warehouse operations or an aftersales environment.

  • Structured and solution‑oriented way of working.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic IT and MS Office skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • High level of ownership, reliability and accountability.

What makes you successful in this role:

To succeed you are a hands‑on and solution‑oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. You are comfortable working independently and managing a versatile role that combines technical, operational, warehouse and facility‑related responsibilities. You have a structured and detail‑oriented way of working and can maintain high quality standards even in a fast‑paced service environment. You are proactive in identifying issues and improvement opportunities, and you take pride in delivering efficient, customer‑focused service. You communicate clearly and professionally with both internal stakeholders and external partners, and you are comfortable working as part of an international aftersales organisation.
