About the role
We are looking for a hands‑on Electronics Repair Technician (Electronics & Warehouse) to join our UK service centre in Alton. This is a varied and practical role where you’ll work with electronics repair, spare parts, and day‑to‑day service and warehouse operations. You’ll play a key role in keeping our products performing at their best while ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience for customers. The role also includes a significant portion of warehouse‑related tasks, which will continue to grow as our business expands.
What you’ll be doing:
- Diagnose and repair electronic products (e.g. sports watches and dive computers)
- Carry out maintenance and quality checks in line with service standards
- Handle spare parts, including stock control and inventory management
- Support customer repairs and aftersales enquiries
- Keep accurate service records and documentation
- Work closely with internal teams and external service partners
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries
- Manage stock levels and support efficient warehouse operations
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in electronics repair, diagnostics, or similar hands‑on technical work
- Background in a service centre, workshop, or warehouse environment is a plus
