Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour plus attendance bonus

Location: Curdridge, Southampton, SO32 2DA

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours a week, Monday – Friday)

The Role:

We are looking for experienced Garden Maintenance Team Leaders to join the department, maintaining gardens/grounds of all shapes and sizes across Southern Hampshire. You will be tasked with providing potential and existing clients with a range of professional aftercare services for their gardens. This is all with the aim of delivering a high level of satisfaction to our clients.

The Candidate:

  • Plant knowledge & identification
  • Plant care, pruning & shaping experience
  • Garden Machinery knowledge
  • Risk assessments and onsite health and safety
  • Driving licence
  • PA1/PA6 Spraying Certificates
  • NPTC Chainsaw Certificate or equivalent
  • Experience working with domestic/commercial clients
  • Pest and disease knowledge
  • A variety of garden maintenance jobs
  • Local work all year round
