The Role:
We are looking for experienced Garden Maintenance Team Leaders to join the department, maintaining gardens/grounds of all shapes and sizes across Southern Hampshire. You will be tasked with providing potential and existing clients with a range of professional aftercare services for their gardens. This is all with the aim of delivering a high level of satisfaction to our clients.
The Candidate:
- Plant knowledge & identification
- Plant care, pruning & shaping experience
- Garden Machinery knowledge
- Risk assessments and onsite health and safety
- Driving licence
- PA1/PA6 Spraying Certificates
- NPTC Chainsaw Certificate or equivalent
- Experience working with domestic/commercial clients
- Pest and disease knowledge
- A variety of garden maintenance jobs
- Local work all year round
- A friendly supportive team
- 20 Days holiday a year plus 8 Bank holidays
