The Role: We are looking for experienced Garden Maintenance Team Leaders to join the department, maintaining prestigious gardens/grounds of all shapes and sizes across Southern Hampshire. You will be tasked with providing potential and existing clients with a range of professional aftercare services for their gardens. This is all with the aim of delivering a high level of satisfaction to our clients. The Candidate: Essential: Excellent plant knowledge & identification Hold a PA6 Spraying Certificate Plant care, pruning & shaping experience Garden Machinery knowledge Risk assessments and onsite health and safety Qualified/5 Years experience Driving licence/able to drive up to 3.5 Ton vehicleDesirable: NPTC Chainsaw Certificate of equivalent Experience working with domestic/commercial clients Pest and disease knowledgeBenefits: Company pension Free parking On-site parkingAdditional Information: Overseas candidates will NOT be considered for this role.
