The Role

This is an entry-level role for ambitious graduates who want to sit at the intersection of creative thinking, psychology, and performance data. You’ll work closely with Creative Strategy, Media Buying, Design, Production, and UGC teams, learning how to develop, test, and optimise high-performing ads across Meta and TikTok. You’ll be supported by a 9‑month MBA‑style progression framework, designed to rapidly develop you into a fully fledged Creative Strategist with real ownership over accounts and strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting performance creative strategy for D2C brands
  • Ideating ads across UGC, high-production video, motion & static
  • Writing ad copy and video scripts
  • Briefing designers, editors, and UGC creators
  • Learning how to interpret metrics and turn insights into iterations
  • Contributing to reports, optimisation plans, and client discussions
