we help people become more independent through rehabilitation. We support younger adults who have had brain injuries, strokes and spinal injuries, or who live with disabilities such as MS.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Home Manager with extensive experience within Neuro Care to work with us. This role will be based on site at our specialist Neuro service in Basingstoke.

What you’ll be doing:
- Operate efficiently and effectively to lead and manage the day to day running of the care home.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to residentsEnsure the care home complies with all relevant legislation and is always of at least a good or equivalent standard as measured by the regulatory body.
- To act as a role model leading by example in attitude, behaviour and conduct.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents' needs and update care plans accordingly.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to provide holistic care.

The successful applicant will be/have:
- Registered Home Manager with experience in a Neuro setting.
- Proven track record working successfully in a care home. (Elderly setting).
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Knowledge of CQC & Local Authority requirements.
- Excellent leadership skills
- Possess committed and organised approach.
- A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
