Working as our receptionist, you will be responsible for the Reception area of the home, ensuring this is presented to a high standard at all times. Joining us at Nesbit House, our luxury care home that provides residential, dementia, and nursing care for older people, you\’ll be part of a team that is genuinely passionate about the health and well-being of our residents. Be the first point of contact for visitors and third parties contacting the home, ensuring queries are dealt with and/or directed in a timely manner. Answering incoming telephone calls, ensuring calls are documented and/or redirected accordingly. Could you be part of our team? About you: Possess demonstrable experience working within a Customer Service/Receptionist and/or Administrative environment or similar role. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. A caring, patient, and respectful demeanor. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
