Job Summary

Receptionist – Hamberley Care Management Limited (Cambridge, CB1) – Full time (Estimated salary £26,517 per year). We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, family members, residents, district nurses and contractors at our luxury care homeCambridge Grove.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors, family members, residents, district nurses and contractors to the appropriate areas of the home.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and third‑party inquiries, ensuring queries are handled promptly or forwarded to the right department.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, document or redirect calls as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area that meets Hamberley’s high standards of presentation.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrable experience in a customer service, receptionist, or administrative role.
