At Hamberley, we believe that our residents deserve something 'Extra Special, Every Day'. We are recruiting for a Customer Liaison Coordinator to join our team, supporting the customer experience and ensuring their journey remains consistent in its quality and empathy.
As our Customer Liaison Coordinator (we call them Home Ambassadors at Hamberley), you will work closely with the Home Manager and home team to support with the growth of the service. You will be supporting with the enquiry and admission processes, as well as creating and developing relationships with the wider community.

What you'll do as a Customer Liaison Coordinator:
As part of this role, you may be the first person a potential new resident will meet when they are considering moving into one of our luxury care homes. You will be the go-to person for any questions throughout their journey and support with show-rounds.
By working collaboratively with the Sales, Marketing and Well-being teams, you will support with building the home's profile within the community, promoting the home at networking events and through social media platforms.
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience as a customer service advisor
- An understanding of the Health and Social Care sector
- Experience supporting the customer journey from initial enquiry through to provision of service/product
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion
- Ability to manage multiple priorities to ensure customers receive an engaging experience
- Networking skills with experience of community relations with third party groups and organisations
- Flexibility and ability to remain focused on results under pressure and to challenging deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive, confident, flexible and adaptable
- Ability to research, handle data and prepare reports
- Proficiency in the use of Social Media and MS Office
