What you will be doing:
- Ensure the supply of clean laundry and provide housekeeping services throughout the home.
- Maintain all areas of the care home – bedrooms, communal spaces and bathrooms – so they are clean, hygienic and well‑maintained.
- Handle laundry and linen care with attention to residents’ personal belongings.
- Interact with residents, offering assistance when needed to help them feel at ease.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and report any shortages to the manager.
- Work closely with caregivers and other staff to support the overall care plan and home operations.
About you:
- Previous domestic experience in a similar care home setting.
- Flexible and reliable attitude.
- Committed to customer care and first‑class service provision.
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety COSHH regulations.
- Empathy and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our residents.
