We are looking for a Registered Home Manager to join us at Caddington Grove in Dunstable, Bedfordshire which provides award-winning residential care, dementia care, nursing care and respite breaks .

Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to residents Ensure the care home complies with all relevant legislation and is always of at least a good or equivalent standard as measured by the regulatory body.

To act as a role model leading by example in attitude, behaviour and conduct.

Conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents' needs and update care plans accordingly.

Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to provide holistic care.

Could you be part of our team?

The successful applicant will be/have: Registered Home Manager with minimum 3 years experience in a similar setting.

Clinical background would be preferable but not essential.

Proven track record working successfully in a care home. (Elderly setting).

Strong commercial acumen.

Knowledge of private fee pay market.

Knowledge of CQC & Local Authority requirements.

Excellent leadership skills.

Possess committed and organised approach.

A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
