Joining us at Lovell Place, our luxury care home that provides residential, dementia, and nursing care for older people, you'll be part of a team that is genuinely passionate about the health and well-being of our residents. As a Business Administrator, you'll be at the heart of the care home day-to-day operations, including working closely with the Home Manager, providing comprehensive administrative support to the Home Manager and ensuring the effective operation of administrative systems and processes.

What you'll be doing:
At Hamberley, we believe that our residents deserve something 'Extra Special, Every Day'. That's why every member of our team goes above and beyond to help older people to enjoy full and happy lives.
Undertaking all administrative duties required to ensure the smooth running of the Care Home.
Supports the Home Manager by maintaining effective administration, including HR/Recruitment tasks and financial activities of the Care Home.
Assisting with the preparation of reports and compliance documentation.
Monitoring budgets, processing invoices, and managing financial records.
Handling inquiries from residents, families, and external stakeholders with professionalism and empathy.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident and staff records in compliance with relevant regulations.
About You:
We're looking for people with great organisational and people skills to join our administration team.
Previous demonstrable experience working in an administrative role within a care home setting or similar environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Understanding of care home regulations and requirements is desirable.
Empathy and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our residents.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and on own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
