We're seeking a Kitchen Assistant to help us achieve our goals.

As our kitchen assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our care homes kitchen.

Joining us at Chawley Grove, our luxury care home that provides residential, dementia, and nursing care for older people, you'll be part of a team that is genuinely passionate about the health and well-being of our residents.

What you'll be doing * Supporting the Chefs in the planning and provision of high-quality meals that meet the nutritional and dietary requirements of our residents * Plan, prepare, and serve balanced meals that meet dietary requirements * To ensure all food prepared meets Food Hygiene Standards and ensure that safe methods of work are always used * Manage all stocks and stores ensuring all food is correctly marked and stock rotation systems are in place * To maintain accurate records to satisfy food hygiene requirement such as fridge temperature checks Could you be part of our team?
