At Hamberley, we believe that our residents deserve something \”Extra Special, Every Day\”. We are recruiting a Sales Coordinator (called Home Ambassadors at Hamberley) to support the customer experience and ensure their journey remains consistent in quality and empathy.

As the first point of contact for potential new residents, you will handle enquiries, admission processes, and create lasting relationships with the wider community. You will collaborate closely with the Home Manager and the home team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first person a potential resident meets during the consideration of moving into one of our luxury care homes.
  • Support customers throughout their journey, including show‑rounds and follow‑ups.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing and Well‑being teams to build the home’s profile within the community.
  • Promote the home at networking events and on social media platforms.
  • Manage multiple priorities to ensure customers receive an engaging experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a customer service advisor.
  • Understanding of the Health and Social Care sector.
  • Experience supporting the customer journey from initial enquiry through to provision of service/product.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain focused on results under pressure.
  • Networking skills with experience of community relations with third‑party groups and organisations.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, confident, flexible and adaptable.
  • Strong research skills, ability to handle data and prepare reports.
  • Proficiency in the use of Social Media and MS Office.
