Our Housekeeping team ensures the supply of both clean laundry and housekeeping service throughout the home and contribute to the provision of cleaning, laundry and domestic services to the home. Nesbit House is a luxurious care home in Sevenoaks, part of the award-winning Hamberley Care Homes – offering luxury care homes in beautiful locations throughout the UK. Residents live in spacious, stylish ensuite rooms and enjoy beautifully furnished shared spaces and landscaped gardens.

- To ensure the supply of both clean laundry and housekeeping service throughout the home and contribute to the provision of cleaning, laundry and domestic services to the home.
- Ensure all areas of the care home are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, including bedrooms, communal spaces, and bathrooms.
- Handle laundry and linen care with attention to residents' personal belongings.
- Interact with residents, offering assistance when needed to help them feel at ease.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies, reporting any shortages to the manager.
- Work closely with caregivers and other staff to support the overall care plan and home operations.
- Previous domestic experience in a similar care home setting
- Flexible and reliable attitude
- Committed to customer care and first-class service provision
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety COSHH regulations
- Empathy and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our residents
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and on own initiative in a fast-paced environment
