Homemaker Lead

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dorking for a Homemaker Lead. The Homemaker Lead will oversee the daily operations of the homemaking team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and personal care are maintained. They will coordinate activities, manage schedules, and provide support to the residents in their daily lives. Responsibilities also include liaising with clinical teams and lifestyle & wellbeing coaches to ensure integrated care solutions for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing housekeeping and personal care services
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving residents\’ quality of life
• Prior experience in a care home setting is beneficial
• Relevant certifications or training in healthcare or homemaking is a plus
