As a Valet, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our hotel, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and comfortable stay. Responsibilities: Assist in the daily operations of the Housekeeping department. Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, and pressing. Handle sewing tasks and minor garment repairs as needed. Organise and manage team members uniforms, ensuring they are clean and presentable. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the laundry area. Flexibly respond to the needs of the department and use your initiative to solve problems. What you Need: Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organisational and communication skills. A passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
