We are currently seeking a Security Officer to become a cornerstone of our team, ensuring the safety and well-being of our cherished guests and esteemed staff.
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Security Officer/Doormen (Tuesday to Saturday 4 pm to 12 am ) to become a part of our esteemed team at the Ham Yard Hotel.
In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay with your warm and engaging presence.
Your role will involve ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
- Conducting regular patrols throughout the hotel premises, remaining vigilant to identify and address any potential risks or concerns, ensuring a safe environment for all.
- Providing recommendations and promoting our hotel facilities to enhance the guest experience, showcasing the exceptional amenities available.
- Collaborating seamlessly with fellow team members to uphold our commitment to unparalleled service and guest satisfaction.
- Embodying our values of integrity and excellence, consistently delivering exceptional customer service with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- What you Need
- A valid SIA License, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining high standards of security.
- A solid knowledge of London, allowing you to navigate the city with ease and assist guests with local recommendations.
- A flexible work ethic, capable of adapting to a 12-hour shift pattern (4 days on, 4 days off) with hours between 1pm and 1am.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression of warmth and professionalism.
- A collaborative spirit, ready to contribute to a cohesive team environment dedicated to excellence.
