As a Demi Chef
de Partie, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. You will work closely with our talented team to deliver exceptional dining experiences across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. Responsibilities

• Assist
  with the preparation and order of service for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
• Supervise
  and support a small team, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
• Monitor
  stock levels and manage ordering within your section.
• Maintain
  exceptional attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
• Collaborate
  effectively with the team, demonstrating strong organisational and
  communication skills.
• Uphold
  the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.

  experience in a similar role within a high-pressure, busy environment.
