We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our esteemed culinary team at the Ham Yard Hotel. In this role, you will play a key part in our kitchen operations, contributing to the creation of exquisite pastries that delight our guests. You will work closely with our talented chefs, assisting with the order of service for lunch and dinner, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Create and prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods to our exacting standards.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the pastry section, maintaining a smooth workflow.
