Responsibilities
- Take and deliver guest orders with efficiency and accuracy.
- Make personalised recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the service area.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth service flow.
