As Assistant Head Concierge, you'll play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our concierge desk. Reporting directly to the Head Concierge, you'll oversee arrivals and departures, manage guest requests with efficiency and precision, and ensure seamless check-ins and check-outs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the smooth running of the concierge desk, maintaining high standards of service at all times.
  • Welcome guests warmly, assist with luggage, and provide assistance tailored to their needs.
  • Handle incoming calls promptly and courteously, addressing guest inquiries and requests with professionalism.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring all guest preferences and requirements are met with meticulous care.

  • Possess a clean UK driving license, enabling you to provide transportation assistance as needed.
