We are now seeking a dedicated and skilled School Business Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a vital role in the effective running of our school.
About the Role
As our School Business Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the school's business functions, ensuring that our resources, systems and environment fully support high quality teaching and learning. Working closely with the Headteacher, Governors and the Local Authority, you will lead on:
- Financial management - budgets, monitoring, reporting, procurement, audit and compliance
- Human resources - recruitment, payroll, staff records, absence management and safeguarding
- Premises and health
