To be considered for interview, you must have a Vulnerable Sector Check completed by your local municipal police within the last 6 months or proof of application.

The role involves:

  • Communicating information about client/resident needs to internal and external agencies, staff, volunteers, families and students as required.
  • Recommending changes to nursing practice, care policies and procedures as the need arises.
  • Contributing to physician rounds and facilitating Resident Care Conferences.
  • Supporting and promoting the “CARE” philosophy and Model of Care.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
