Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for an enthusiastic Tenancy & Property Management Apprentice to work across our vibrant organisation. You will play an active role working alongside and supporting the PRS (Private Rental Sector) Property Management and Rent Support Team members to deliver the business objectives.
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
What You’ll Do:
- Support the marketing and letting of properties, including arranging and attending viewings
- Assist with tenant onboarding, documentation and system updates
- Provide general administrative support across property management activities
- Help manage rent accounts and respond to tenant enquiries
- Support the coordination of repairs, maintenance and property inspections
- Assist with compliance, health & safety tasks and performance reporting
- Fully engage with learning and development, including college attendance and coursework
- Build positive relationships and represent the organisation professionally
What You’ll Need:
- Ability to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (including Teams) or willingness to learn
- Understanding of confidentiality principles
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use
