Are you great with people and looking for a construction-based apprenticeship? Halton Housing has an exciting opportunity for a Plastering Apprentice to join our vibrant organisation. Working with skilled tradespeople in our Repairs and Maintenance Teams, you\’ll master a variety of plastering tasks, providing excellent service to our customers.
As a Plasterer Apprentice, you will play an active role supporting the Repairs & Maintenance team, gaining hands-on experience and developing new skills alongside experienced staff.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist technicians in repair work, void refurbishments, damp remediation, kitchen/bathroom upgrades, and ceiling repairs.
- Deliver high standards of customer service at all times.
- Follow safe work practices, utilizing tools and technology, and adhering to procedures.
- Engage fully with learning activities, including college attendance, portfolios, coursework, tests, and exams.
- Represent Halton Housing positively with customers, colleagues, and external partners.

Waterfront Point, Warrington Road, Widnes, Cheshire, WA8 0TD
What You’ll Need:
- Good physical fitness, ability to work at heights, and comfort with bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.
- Possession or working towards a Full UK Driving License.
