The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
We are currently seeking dedicated Self-Employed Care Workers to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in need. The role involves assisting with daily activities and ensuring the well-being of our residents. This is a Self-Employed position only. UTR Number will be required.
Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care to residents in line with their individual care plans.
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
- Supporting individuals with mobility and carrying out tasks such as heavy lifting.
- Delivering patient care with empathy and understanding, particularly for those requiring dementia care.
- Administering medications as needed and responding to emergencies promptly.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for residents.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in domiciliary care, hospice care, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities is required.
- Training certificates are advantageous, but not required (If you do not hold the relevant certificates we will pay for your eLearning training).
- A compassionate and caring nature with a genuine interest in helping others.
- Ability to drive to different locations for home visits or appointments.
- Proficiency in providing patient care and understanding the needs of vulnerable individuals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
