Our Story Halton is a vibrant local authority with a rich history and heritage, featuring two iconic bridges that connect communities across the River Mersey. Located in Cheshire, Halton boasts excellent transport links between Liverpool and Manchester, as well as close proximity to both Liverpool John Lennon and Manchester Airports.

We are seeking to recruit a Registered Manager for Oakmeadow Community Support Centre. In this role, you will lead and support the service team to deliver high-quality care and support. You will be one of six Registered Managers within the division and will work as part of a supportive and collaborative management team.

Hours: 37 per week Monday - Friday. (You will also be part of an out of hours managers rota for which an additional payment is made (approx. 1 week in 6).

Your Contributions: Oakmeadow provides support to adults who require a period of rehabilitation to enable them to return home. The service also supports individuals on a short-term, transitional basis. As the Registered Manager, you will be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and will be responsible for ensuring the service is safe, effective, and fully compliant with all regulatory requirements. You will have overall responsibility for managing the staff team, including recruitment, supervision, support, development, and performance management. You will provide strong leadership, fostering a positive culture and high standards of care. You will develop effective partnerships with people who use the service and their families or loved ones, ensuring their views and experiences influence how the service operates. You will have robust processes in place to ensure the service is truly person-centred and responsive to individual needs.
