Halton Borough Council is seeking an experienced Planning & Highways Lawyer to join the Legal Services team. You will manage a caseload spanning planning and highways matters and provide timely, sound legal advice to officers and Members on policy and operational decisions.
You will draft and advise on agreements including section 106, unilateral, section 278 and section 38, and work with internal departments to support development, regeneration, and delivery of projects across the Borough.
