Your Contributions
As our Family Group Decision Making Team Manager, you\’ll lead the design, development, and delivery of Halton\’s Family Group Decision Making service. You\’ll inspire and guide a skilled team to deliver high‑quality, timely Family Group Conferences and Family Network Meetings that prioritise children\’s needs and families\’ voices. With strong experience in children\’s social care, restorative practice, and FGDM delivery, you will demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills, driving a clear vision for family‑led planning that reduces risk, builds resilience, and keeps families together.
