St Patricks Care Home is a 40-bed nursing home in Widnes providing general nursing and specialist dementia care for adults, including long-term, respite, and palliative care services.
We are looking for a hard working, compassionate individual who is looking to care for elderly residents and is willing to support them and respect them at all times. We require a good team member who will positively develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff members, service users, and professionals you will liaise with.
Hours: 3x 33 hours 1x 37 hours
Your Contributions
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support, assisting residents with personal care needs while promoting dignity, privacy, choice, and independence.
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care and support.
- Contributing to care planning, reviews, and record-keeping, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication.
- Supporting residents to participate in meaningful activities and opportunities that enhance their wellbeing and quality of life.
- Safeguarding residents by following health and safety procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and reporting any concerns in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
