We require a good team member who will positively develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff members, service users and professionals that they will liaise with.
Responsibilities
- Provide person‑centred care in line with individual care plans.
- Maintain verbal and written records and communicate effectively with service users and colleagues.
- Use spoken English professionally and be flexible to work varied hours and cover shifts as needed.
- Act as a strong team player committed to collaborative work within a care setting.
