Halton Borough Council is hiring two part-time Outreach Workers to join our Care Leavers Team. One role is permanent at 18.5 hours per week, the other is a 2-year FTC at 30 hours per week.
You will provide person-centred support to care-experienced young people aged 16 to 25, helping with housing, education, employment, and wellbeing. We value relationship-based approaches, collaboration with partners, and empowering young people to achieve independence.
