Our Team
St Luke’s provides high-quality residential and nursing care for older adults, including those living with dementia and complex health needs. The home supports around 60 residents across multiple units, offering a comfortable and welcoming environment with well-equipped living spaces, dining areas, and gardens. With a strong focus on dignity, person-centred care, and community, St Luke’s is supported by a dedicated team committed to delivering compassionate and responsive care to all residents.
Hours
- X4 33hrs (days) - £23,143 - £23,203 per annum
- X1 35.75hrs (days) - £25,072 - £25,137 per annum
- X1 22hrs (nights) - £15,429 - £15,468 per annum
Working pattern will be based on a 4 week rolling rota; you must be willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
Your Contributions
We are currently seeking experienced Care Assistants to join our dedicated team. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in supporting our residents to live comfortably, independently, and with dignity. Working as part of a compassionate team, you will deliver tailored care that promotes the highest quality of life for every resident.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support, assisting residents with personal care needs while promoting dignity, privacy, choice, and independence
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care and support
- Contributing to care planning, reviews, and record-keeping, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication
- Supporting residents to participate in meaningful activities and opportunities that enhance their wellbeing and quality of life
- Safeguarding residents by following health and safety procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and reporting any concerns in line with policies and regulatory requirements
