Halton Borough Council is seeking an experienced Planning & Highways Lawyer to join our Legal Services team. You will manage your own caseload across planning and highways matters and provide expert advice to officers on policy and operational decisions.
You will draft and negotiate planning agreements, section 106, section 278 and section 38 documents, and support the Council’s Boards and Committees to ensure timely, legally sound outcomes for developments and regeneration projects.
