HALTON BOROUGH COUNCIL is seeking a Principal Planning Policy Officer to join the Forward Planning team.

You will lead planning policy work, support Local Plan making, and present reports to boards, with at least 4 years of Planning & Transport Policy experience and a RTPI-accredited degree.

Join a team revitalising neighbourhoods, delivering sustainability priorities, and shaping policy that guides growth in Halton.

Interviews are scheduled week commencing 28 September 2026.
