The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

Are you experienced in commercial conveyancing and able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision, while remaining sensitive to corporate and departmental priorities? You will be a team player with a flexible, imaginative approach, maintaining client focus and confidentiality at all times. You will be either a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx), a Licensed Conveyancer, a Graduate Member of CILEx, or hold a Law Degree or suitable equivalent.

The role will involve carrying out conveyancing and land related tasks of a more complex nature on behalf of the Council. Hours: 37 per week.
