Halter is looking for an Account Manager Lead to own the retention, renewal and expansion of our existing revenue across Canterbury and West Coast. You'll lead a team of field-based Account Managers, ensuring farmers are getting real, ongoing value from Halter and understanding the impact on their business.

This is as much a people leadership role as a commercial one. You'll coach and develop your team, build Halter's account management capability in the region, and uphold our operating
