Founded in 1997, Halsall are a mechanical and electrical contracting company, based in Cannock, Staffordshire.
We work within various sectors, including retail, industrial and logistics, offices and workspaces, hospitality and leisure, and research and development, designing, managing and delivering mechanical and electrical installations to brand new buildings and refurbished projects alike.
Our site teams work throughout the UK working for clients such as Amazon, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Aldi, Ocado, H&M, and Nike to name a few.
What You'll Do
Responibilities
You will be providing administrative support to colleagues to ensure the efficiency and smooth day to day running of various departments to involve the following:
- Providing office support to colleagues
- Printing / photocopying / scanning / uploading / downloading documentation to / from client web sites
- Maintaining an electronic filing system
- Dealing with telephone calls and emails within the departments
- Keeping well organised files and records
- Preparing documents by printing, copying, binding
- Completing and editing company documentation and correspondence
- Collecting and sorting post
- Assisting with the payroll run each week and processing timesheets
- Accounts administration duties
