Halr Tech Group is seeking a dedicated seasoned Team Leader to manage and enhance the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support for individuals who may present with behaviours that challenge. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of both service users and staff. You will oversee resource management, service development, and staff leadership, ensuring that services align with best practices in specialist care. MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 9 MONTHS+ LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
Key Responsibilities
- Service Delivery & Person-Centred Care: Oversee assessment, planning, monitoring, and review of individual support plans. Ensure all services are delivered with a person-centred approach. Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks at a service level.
- Staff Leadership & Development: Lead and manage staff to maintain high performance and standards. Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development. Conduct regular supervision, coaching, and appraisals. Promote best practices through training and mentorship.
- Resource Management & Compliance: Deploy staff efficiently and ensure resources are used effectively. Maintain compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices. Lead on safeguarding, incident reporting, and service improvement initiatives. Support the Area Manager/Registered Manager in resource management.
- Community & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with professionals, families, and external stakeholders. Ensure positive interactions between staff and service users. Act as a role model and mentor within the complex care teams.
- On-Call & Emergency Support: Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota, providing leadership and guidance. Actively support service users in achieving their personal outcomes and goals.
